For Latinas navigating leadership at work

You know you are capable. Why does the room keep making you question it?

Undeniable Latinas helps you see how your leadership is being read. It helps you tell what belongs to you from what belongs to the room. And it leaves the next move yours.

Why this work exists

Latinas are doing the work. The climb keeps getting steeper.

Latinas are entering rooms with the experience and the capability to lead.

Capability is not always what the room recognizes first.

Behind the numbers

  • Asked to Prove more before their judgment is trusted
  • Asked to Carry responsibility without matching authority
  • Asked to Adapt without knowing when adaptation has become erasure
  • Asked to Make strategic work visible after the room assigns it a smaller name
  • Asked to Keep delivering while privately questioning what the response means about them

Undeniable Latinas exists to help you name what is happening.

So you can tell what belongs to you from what belongs to the room, and choose how you lead from there.

What Latina leaders experience in this work

Seeing the pattern changes the question.

The question stops being

What is wrong with me?

And becomes

What is happening here? What do I want to do with it?

Across Nayli’s leadership programs, workshops, and coaching, Latina leaders have described what becomes possible when they can examine themselves and the room without blame or shame.

One of the biggest shifts for me was realizing that I no longer have to prove myself. I already have a powerful voice, and people are listening. Nayli helped me see and embrace that truth, and it has completely changed how I carry myself as a leader.
Sofia Bermeo Director of Operations
Every time I experience Nayli’s work, I learn something new about myself, about leadership, and most importantly, about myself as a leader. Her ability to connect your identity with your leadership style without blame or shame has been invaluable.

The Room Files

One workplace moment.
A different way to see it.

The Room Files is a weekly email about the moments Latinas experience at work and too often internalize as something wrong with them.

Each file enters one room, names one pattern, and leaves you with one question to carry into the next.

Once a month, Nayli takes the learning deeper in a public video on YouTube.

Some moments stay with you because you never had language for them.

Nayli Russo, founder of Undeniable Latinas

Meet Nayli Russo

She has led inside the rooms she now helps you read.

Nayli Russo is a leadership strategist and former executive. She founded Russo Leadership and Undeniable Latinas.

As a former Vice President of People and Strategy, she has led inside complex organizations where performance, relationships, authority, power, identity, and execution could not be separated.

She began this work after watching the same thing happen in room after room. The contribution was there. The record described something else.

The question that started the work

Why can a capable leader know what the moment requires and still lose access to that certainty in a particular room?

That question became the foundation of The Authorship-Permission Model and the work behind Undeniable Latinas.

Nayli has a gift for sifting through complex situations with clear and powerful insights that can lead to materially improved outcomes.
