Week one
The room you are in
Map decision rights, what the room rewards, and which unwritten rules actually shape advancement.
Live leadership program for Latinas
Undeniable at Work™ is for Latina professionals moving toward greater responsibility.
It helps you see how your leadership is being read, and choose your next move on purpose.
Why this exists
You learned to read the room, prepare beyond expectation, stay useful, and avoid unnecessary risk. Those strategies worked. Greater responsibility asks for something different.
What may be happening now
What becomes possible
This is not about becoming someone else. It is about using more of what is already yours.
The pattern
You may have been told to speak up more. Or to delegate. Or to work on your executive presence. Some of that advice may be useful. It does not explain what happens after you contribute.
What you contributed
How the room read it
You named the risk.
→The room called you difficult.
You built the coalition.
→The room called you a people person.
You held the standard.
→The room called you rigid.
You stayed steady in the crisis.
→The room called you disengaged.
The work was strategic. The read was personal. That distance is where credit gets lost.

Lean In and McKinsey, The State of Latinas in Corporate America, 2024. The 2025 report groups Latinas with Asian women, so the two years are not a clean comparison.Inside the six weeks
Each week makes one layer visible, then helps you practice inside work that is already happening.
Week one
Map decision rights, what the room rewards, and which unwritten rules actually shape advancement.
Week two
See how your contribution is being interpreted, and what stays invisible from room to room.
Week three
Name what speaking, declining, overfunctioning, or staying quiet is costing you.
Week four
Separate the adaptations you choose because they serve the work from what the environment keeps taking.
Week five
Identify the leadership range the moment calls for without borrowing somebody else’s version of authority.
Week six
Test one real move on purpose, decide what you will watch for, and carry the practice forward.
You do not leave with a script. You leave with a clearer read and a move you can own.
Join the waitlist →How the program is built
The program is small enough for honest conversation and structured enough to help you practice inside work that is already happening.
Six focused weeks, each making one layer of the room more visible.
A group small enough for reflection, conversation, and real practice.
Practice shaped around the different ways leadership creates value and gets read.
Tools you can use as your question, role, and capacity change.
A full year to return as the terrain changes and the next room asks something new.
Receive the dates and the full enrollment details when the doors open.
Join the waitlist →The research foundation
Undeniable at Work™ is grounded in The Authorship-Permission Model™, a lens for understanding what happens when a leader’s contribution meets the room receiving it.
Wave one
The model emerged through qualitative conversations across industries, identities, levels, and professional environments.
The approach
The research names recurring patterns while refinement and boundary-testing continue.
The purpose
The model helps you ask better questions about your contribution, the room, and the choices available to you.
It is a lens for inquiry and leadership practice. It is not a diagnosis, a fixed identity, or a predictive instrument.

You should understand what the program is, and what it is not, before you decide whether it belongs in your work.
No. This is a leadership practice program. You examine how your contribution is being read, what the room requires, and which move is yours to make.
No. You may expand your leadership range, but you will not be taught to perform someone else’s version of authority.
No prior knowledge is required. You will receive what you need to understand and use the four style pathways inside the program.
The program includes six live sessions, focused reflection, and practice inside work already happening. Exact session length and scheduling will be shared before enrollment.
This is not an open-ended membership. After the six weeks, you receive twelve monthly practice calls and continued access to the program resources.
No. You will receive the dates and the full enrollment details when the doors open. The decision remains yours.
You will know what the program asks before you decide whether the next move is yours.
