Undeniable Latinas™ respects your privacy and handles your information with care. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Undeniable Latinas is a brand of Russo Leadership, the trade name of Russo & Long Enterprises Inc. ("Undeniable Latinas," "we," "us," or "our"). We publish research-informed writing, assessments, and programs on workplace leadership. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit undeniablelatinas.com (the "Site"), take the Undeniable Style™ Quiz, subscribe to our communications, join a program or waitlist, or otherwise contact us.
By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
We may receive information from the platforms we use to operate the Site and deliver our communications, and from professional networks where you have chosen to connect with us.
The quiz asks twenty-four questions about how you approach your work and how you respond when a room becomes less receptive. Your individual answers are processed in your browser and are not stored on our servers.
When you enter your email address to receive your profile, we store two values derived from your answers alongside your email record with our email provider: the workplace style your answers indicated, and a general indicator of how your answers described your response under pressure. We use these two values to send you the profile and written material that match your result.
Your quiz result is not a psychological assessment, a diagnosis, or a predictive instrument. We do not use it to evaluate you for employment, credit, insurance, or any similar purpose, and we do not provide it to employers.
We do not use quiz responses for research. The Authorship-Permission Model™ was developed from separate interview research conducted with participants who agreed to take part. If we ever want to use something you have shared for research, we will ask you directly and you are free to say no.
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site functioning, to remember your preferences, and to understand how the Site is used so that we can improve it. Some cookies are essential to the operation of the Site, while others support analytics and performance.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. If you disable certain cookies, some parts of the Site may not work as intended. Because there is no consistent industry standard for responding to Do Not Track signals, the Site does not currently respond to them.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
The providers we rely on are Webflow, which hosts the Site, Kit, which delivers our email communications, processes the forms that request your profile, and handles payments for our paid programs, Membership.io, which hosts course recordings and program access, and Microsoft, which supports our business email and correspondence. Kit processes card payments through its own payment processor. Each provider processes information under its own privacy terms.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and may use embedded tools provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites and tools. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to maintain our relationship with you, and to comply with our legal, accounting, and reporting obligations. If you unsubscribe, we retain a minimal record so that we can honor your request not to be contacted. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission over the internet or method of storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
The Site and our programs are intended for working professionals and are not directed to children. You must be at least eighteen years old to use the Site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of eighteen. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page. Your continued use of the Site after an update means that you accept the revised policy.
If you have questions about this policy or about how we handle your information, please contact us.
